The ‘Artificial Intelligence for Big Satellite Data – Greece at the Forefront of European Research’ Online Workshop was held on the 25th of February 2021. In the context of the Workshop, six leading Greek research institutions, including FORTH, joined forces to showcase how Machine Learning can unlock the potential of Big Earth Observation Data for socio-environmental good. On behalf of the CURE project, Dr. Nektarios Chrysoulakis presented the topic of ‘Big Earth Data for Urban Climate and Resilience’. The recording of the Workshop is available here.
